Counselling provides us a space to talk through matters that are troubling us or impacting on our lives with a trained person, sometimes talking it through helps us to see things differently or make changes that will help us to live more satisfying lives.

Our counsellors are accredited members of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapist, this is a professional organisation that has checked out the way we work to make sure that we are ethical and safe.

Your counsellor won't give you advice or tell you what you should do, they will help you to find your own answers and explore ways of making change that fit into your life.

We provide counselling sessions in Queens Park, North West London, a short walk from the Bakerloo and Overground lines and Watford in the Town Centre, 10 minutes from the Overground line. Sessions last for 50 minutes and can be short term (6 - 12 weeks) or long term, which is something that you and your counsellor will decide when you first meet. We provide an initial assessment appointment at a fee of £30, on-going work typically costs between £40 and £55 however we do have some low cost slots available for students and those on low incomes.

Thinking about having some counselling can feel scary or off putting, we would invite you to make a first contact with us by email or phone to have a short chat about what is happening for you. We will tell you about how we work and describe what an initial session would be like.

We all worry sometimes that our experience  'isn't normal', your counsellor won't judge how normal your experience is, they will work with you to reach understanding of your experiences and help you find ways to live a more rewarding life, however that looks for you.
